Who we are

Best Coast Plumbing is a licensed California plumbing contractor (CSLB C-36 License #1127602) serving Thousand Oaks and surrounding Ventura and Los Angeles County communities. You can reach us any time at (805) 410-9197.

The Site exists to describe our services, share plumbing information, and let you request service or an estimate. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or misuse any form or contact channel.

Informational content, not professional advice

Articles and guides on this Site are general information based on our field experience. They are not a diagnosis of your specific plumbing system, and reading them is not a substitute for an on-site evaluation by a licensed plumber. Conditions vary by home; when in doubt, have the work assessed professionally.

Estimates and services

Requesting an estimate through the Site or by phone does not by itself create a service contract. Any plumbing work we perform is governed by the written estimate, invoice, or service agreement provided for that job, which controls over anything on this Site.

Text messaging

Best Coast Plumbing sends text message updates and responses to customers about estimates, appointments, pricing, and the services offered at bestcoastplumbing.com.

When you opt in to text messages, we may send you a message to confirm your signup. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text HELP for help. Text STOP to cancel.

You can cancel at any time. Just text STOP to the number that texted you. After you send STOP, we will reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending you messages again.

If you ever forget what keywords are supported, just text HELP to the number that texted you. We will respond with instructions on how to use the service and how to unsubscribe.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
