What it covers: the specific work we performed and the parts we installed, when the issue is caused by our workmanship. We come back and correct it at no additional labor cost. Parts are covered under the manufacturer warranty.
How long: workmanship warranties vary by service and are clearly stated on your approved estimate and invoice. Some smaller services carry limited coverage, while larger replacements often carry warranties of 10 to 15 years. If you experience a problem involving our covered work during that period, contact us and give us the opportunity to inspect and address it.
What it does not cover: pre-existing conditions or failures in parts of the system we did not work on, damage from misuse or from alterations or repairs by others after our visit, customer-supplied parts and fixtures, drain stoppages that recur due to pipe condition documented at the time of service, and acts of nature.
